Re-assessment Policy

In order to reassess any skill after the unit is done, you must take initiative and correct your mistakes. You have one week to do so. After you successfully correct your mistakes, you will make a reassessment appointment with me after school or by mutual agreement.

Introductory Physics

After the end of the unit, complete and turn in an individual appointment request worksheet. On this worksheet, correct your mistakes for each of the learning goals you want to have on your individual learning check-up.
The format of the corrections page is as follows:
1. what did you do wrong? Or, what did you mess or not include in your answer?
2. What is the correct answer and why? Explain the reason why the correct answer next more sense than your original answer.
